General Policy

All rooms have 1 off street parking space per room EXCEPT the small single room.
Victoria Road has some unrestricted parking. Pleases do not park any earlier that your arrival times. If you are with us for more than one night you can use the spaces unprohibited during your time with us,
When parking your car in our car park there are 7 spaces for guest use, 3 out of the 7 spaces are situated one behind the other to the side of the building,
If you are required to park your car in one of theses spaces, please pull up as near to the garage as possible to allow others to also park on the drive.

We can arrange for cars to be moved around at breakfast or if you rather not to be blocked in, please park on the road.

Unfortunately, cars cannot be left on the premises after your checkout.

Guest are advised they are parked at the customers own risk and Swanage Haven will not be responsible for damages or theft from vehicles

We are an advertised as an exclusively adult accommodation, bookings are made with this in mind, sadly presentation of children on arrival will result in the booking being cancelled with all monies still liable and collected from the card given at time of booking.

Our Check in is between 3pm - 6pm only. If you would like to arrive after 6pm please call in advance and we can arrange for you to do a self check in and we can leave your key in one of our key boxes situated inside the front porch.

For Bookings of more than one room, the cardholder is responsible for all rooms contained within the booking , I.E. Damages, Smoking in room and all unsociable behaviour damages will be collected from the credit/ Debit card on file.

We are a totally non-smoking establishment, it is illegal to smoke in a public building The Swanage Haven reserve the right to eject guests who smoke/vape in rooms. Charges will be payable for deep cleaning if smoking/Vaping is detected in our rooms , if the room is not suitable for the next letting, due to damage or smoke issues, the cost will be born by the responsible card holder, including loss of revenue until the rooms is made good. All payments will be collected from the Credit / Debit card on file on or after departure.

Check out time is 10.30am, please have your key to a member of staff or in the perspex key box in the reception area please.
This is the guest's responsibility. if they are not returned a fee of £25 is chargeable for lost keys.

We have a documented photo before arrivals and if any damages occursto rooms after. Please note any damages to the property including rooms will be taken from the card details given at the time of booking. Group parties or other guests arriving under that card will be debited on the original card details

Booking Cancellation Policy

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 14 days prior to arrival are without charge.
Bookings cancelled within the14 days before arrival will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of 50% of the booking cost.
The total cost of the booking will be automatically taken from the card used to reserved the booking on the day of arrival.
